If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and love delivering exceptional quality and service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead the Fresh Department

  • Source high-quality fruits, vegetables, and seasonal products from local farmers, growers, and trusted vendors.
  • Build lasting partnerships with local agricultural producers to support our commitment to fresh, local products.
  • Forecast inventory based on customer demand, promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Ensure all products are received, stored, rotated, and displayed to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
  • Create abundant, visually appealing displays that inspire customers and drive sales.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the day and maintain the highest merchandising standards.

Inspire and Develop Your Team

  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members to succeed.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-first culture.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Share your knowledge of fresh products, food safety, merchandising, and exceptional customer service.

Help Lead the Store

As a member of the store leadership team, you'll regularly serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) by:

  • Leading daily store operations during opening, mid-shift, or closing.
  • Supporting all departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Managing staffing priorities and labor allocation throughout the store.
  • Making confident decisions that keep the business running smoothly.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory records.
  • Participate in inventory counts, audits, and operational reviews.
  • Champion safe work practices and maintain an organized, efficient department.

Grow the Business

  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with store leadership on promotions, seasonal events, and merchandising strategies.
  • Expand local sourcing opportunities and introduce exciting seasonal and specialty products.
  • Help strengthen our reputation as the community's destination for fresh food.

  • Experience purchasing, merchandising, and managing fresh inventory preferred.
  • Experience working with local farmers, growers, or produce vendors is a plus.

  • Experience hiring, training, and developing team members.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
